1.1 Where is Prim in Proper located, and what are your hours and services?

Prim in Proper is Northwest Florida's premier custom engraving provider. Our gift store showroom is at 336 Gulf Breeze Parkway in Gulf Breeze, Florida.

We are open from 10 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday and offer online shopping and in-store experiences at our retail location. Parking is conveniently available for our customers.

1.2 Can you customize my _______?

YETI, Stanley, RTIC, and many other brands of insulated drinkware:

Yes. $25 per tumbler for non-store cups.

We carry a full line of BruMate drinkware and can engrave them. Our most popular engravable insulated drinkware comes in every color, shape, and size. We have a large Book of Design and fonts to make your cup personal, unique, and special—just like you!

1.3 How long does it take?

We request at least 48 hours for custom orders, but strive to meet everyone's timeline.

During November and December, our minimum time is 4 days.

Bulk orders may take additional time; we typically fulfill large quantity orders within 2 weeks.
